The Encore Collective was born from my own comeback.
The Encore Collective was born from my own comeback.
I know what it feels like to be pushed into strength, to fight for your identity, and to rebuild when you didn’t think you had anything left. I chose myself anyway— and that choice changed everything.
My “why” is simple: If I could fight my way back to myself, I believe you can too. I show up with relatability, authenticity, and cultural awareness. Choosing yourself isn’t selfish. It’s revolutionary.
My work is about helping you see yourself clearly, trust your voice without apology, and build a life that feels less like survival—and more like freedom.
Are you carrying experiences from the past that still affect how you show up today—at work, in relationships, or as a parent?
You may be navigating trauma, burnout, self-doubt, anxiety, or the quiet exhaustion of always being the one others rely on. For some, these struggles show up as difficulty setting boundaries, feeling disconnected from yourself, or noticing old patterns resurface during major life transitions.
Here at The Encore Collective, I believe that healing is not one-size-fits-all. My work is grounded in compassion, cultural humility, and an understanding of how systems, identities, and lived experiences shape mental health.

What You See Is What You Get
I’m Tylynn. I’ve been through the fire, and I know what it takes to rebuild from the ground up. That’s not just part of my story—it’s why I do this work the way I do: grounded, honest, unafraid of the hard stuff, and unapologetically me.
I listen. I call things out. I challenge you when you’re stuck in your own patterns. I’ll hold space for you, but I’m not here to sugarcoat or tiptoe around what needs to be faced.
We get to the root. We cut through the noise. And we do the kind of work that actually changes your life.
Working with me isn’t about quick fixes or surface-level conversations. It’s about owning your story, breaking cycles, and building a life that fits who you really are.

HOW I WORK
Working at the Root, Not the Surface
Working at the Root, Not the Surface
Working With the Body, Not Against It
Working With the Body, Not Against It We pay attention to how stress, trauma, and emotion live in the body — not just in thoughts — and use body-based awareness to restore regulation, clarity, and control.
Therapy That Respects Your Identity and Reality
Therapy That Respects Your Identity and Reality Our work accounts for the full context of your life, including race, culture, family roles, and lived experience. You don’t have to explain your world here — it is part of the work.
